How are my shipping costs determined?

We work hard every day to bring you the lowest possible shipping cost. The shipping cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. We calculate the estimated shipping cost with our lowest-price shipping method and assume all items in your cart are going to one address. If you select a different shipping method or multiple addresses, your actual shipping cost may be higher. You will see your actual shipping cost during checkout.

Where can I ship my order?

We ship most items to all 50 states plus these U.S. protectorates and territories: American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau and U.S. Virgin Islands. We ship most items to APO/FPO military addresses using USPS. We will contact you if items we cannot ship to these addresses due to weight or size limitations. Further restrictions on item type, size and weight may exist in the country where the APO/FPO address is located. Please contact your post office to verify item type, size and weight restrictions for the country where your APO/FPO address is located. Except as stated above for APO/FPO addresses and U.S. protectorates and territories, we do not ship to international destinations, Canada or Puerto Rico.

Split Shipments

We may fulfill the items in your order at different times and with different vendors, so your order may arrive in different boxes and at different times. You will receive a confirmation email for each shipment. The email also lists the items that have already shipped and those still to be shipped. We do not charge extra for these split shipments.

Refunds and Credits

We'll refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. To receive a refund, the original packing invoice should accompany your return.

Non-Gift Returns of Merchandise paid by Gift Card

All non-gift returns of merchandise paid via gift cards will be refunded to the original gift card.

You may also mail returns via the US Postal Service or UPS to the address below. We recommend that you insure the package prior to shipment. Enclosing your original packing invoice will help us expedite your return.
